Yes, but a fuel fee will apply if you live beyond our free 30-mile radius set-up. 

Yes, the prices on our site do not include the 6% Kentucky taxes that we must charge for our rentals.

Our standard rentals is all on each inflatable. Additional hours must be negotiated 24 hours prior to delivery which will include an extra fee. 

We will arrive approximately 2 hours prior to an event start time. This is to ensure that all inflatables are properly set up and ready to use once your event begins.

We accept cash, check, credit and debit cards as forms of payment. The required deposit is to be paid by credit or with debit card, no exceptions. The remainder of the amount due may be paid by other listed forms of payment.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign our rental agreement which contains our terms of usage.

We ask that you give us 2 days' notice prior to your event date to cancel.

Johnny's Castle Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel a booked event due to inclement weather. We will try to inform you of cancellations as soon as possible. If this happens, you may reschedule your event at a later date based on unit availability.

We can set up on grass, dirt, gym floors, asphalt, and concrete. We do not set up on any type of rocks or sand surfaces. Please note, if you do intend to have the inflatables set up on asphalt or concrete, we ask that you please advise us ahead of time so that we can prepare with adequate amounts of sandbags to keep the inflatables secure.

Yes. An inflatable blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged, the unit will deflate. That is why we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the unit or generator. Longer electrical cords can cause your circuit breaker to blow, so we bring our own heavy duty electrical cords.
