Johnny's Castle Party Rentals stands behind its service and products, each and every time. This is what sets us apart from every competitor in the Central Kentucky area. If you are unsatisfied with our performance and or products for any reason, we will provide you with a 100% refund of your booking costs, excluding any delivery fees, damage of equipment fees, or any required deposit that was withheld due to customer failure to cancel their booked event within 2 days. This refund is good for 3 days, which begins on the date of your event. Johnny's Castle Party Rentals is not liable for any bank related fees, and or loss of any credit or debit card points deducted for refunded booking costs. Johnny's Castle Party Rentals is not liable for the time it takes our financial institution to release refunded booking costs, or for your financial institution to post your refunded booking costs. Customers may only request a refund once for any completed booked event.
